They are only allowed to use western missiles in Kursk. and US waited so long that RU was well prepared for lifting of restrictions and had moved away for instance all aircrafts etc.
Ukraine is not allowed to use western weapons in strategic bombing on Russian war industry and oil refineries. They are only allowed to use them, in the restricted area of Kursk (and Ukraine) against specific war material and Russian troop gatherings. Not against Russian armament industry or energy sector fueling the war.

@Magnus you are pretty much the most knowledgeable in this war compared to most of us.
What do you see the endgame for Ukraine here in terms of ending the war?
It’s obvious Putin is not about to stop the war and give back every piece of land he illegally occupied just like that. He would also have seen that when he walked into Crimea and then this war in the last 3 years, that sanctions and empty condemnation have done nothing much to them. The US and Europe could do nothing to them that is of worth enough to force them to the table to concede.
In the past, I half jokingly say why not attack some isolated parts of Russia to force them to the table but I also know that would probably mean all out war possibly world war 3.
But is that the only way to force Russia to the table with favourable terms to Ukraine or you see some other endgame?
