My God.
Look, Magnus posts heart string propaganda !

But yes, I suppose I just did. It’s so rare, so just wanted to show a typical Kyiv scene
I like the unassuming way he has when dealing with people. Of course, you’re right @Magnus, this is propaganda, but he still comes across as a likeable, accessible man with a lot of common sense.
Hopefully we get to see the less serious side of him once again when his country is free.
Now the footage is here !!!

Evidence of AWACS hits and more. 4 minututes. Check it out
The video is …absolutely beyond.
Best video of the war, no competition exists. Also viewer friendly since no human is actually killed here (which of course is utterly rare as well).
Some of them were also loaded with cruise missiles :
A-50, at least one of which is operational
Moved to here. Ja, their Airborne Command and control is fucked. In a wider peer to peer conflict they’d be severely hampered.
It was a remarkable strike, but also a stark warning to NATO and the U.S about the use of these weapons in an assymetric way. With good Intel and infiltration and the relatively cheap nature of these drones, no major airbase or facility can now claim to be completely beyond strike capability,no matter how far from the front line. Point defense systems must surely come to the forefront of thinking to protect land based assets. Imagine going around 10-15 years ago and saying 1/3rd of Russias Strategic Bomber Fleet would be dismantled without a large scale air and missile attack.
And ja, their new stealth bomber thingy is a pipe dream for the Russians. They can barely get a squadron of SU-57’s operational and even those have no real world credentials yet. Might as well be Hitlers Wunderwaffe at this point, along with the Armata.
They can theoretically re-start production of the old ones, but it would be very expensive for them and time consuming, since they would have to build new factories to produce 1970 type aicrafts. And their economy is not currently the best…
The usual:
Anton Krasovsky, the chief of Russian-language broadcasting for Russia Today: ‘’[Ukrainian children] should have been drowned in the Tysyna [river], right there, where the duckling swims. Just drown those children, drown them right in Tysyna [river]… Whoever says that Russia occupied them, you throw them in the river with a strong undercurrent… Shove them right into those huts and burn them up… [Ukraine] is not supposed to exist at all.‘’
It is strange that @Nikola moved a political song to this thread.
I have thoughts. Many. I also emailed him and complained, noting that to make something less accessible is an act of censorship and a political act in itself.
I posted a song with political lyrics, wanting it to be accessible to everyone who likes music because it was good, moving and had strong lyrics. But it is moved here. This is no music thread; at all. It is hard not to ask the question why, because it seems an act of censorship (to make a cultural resource less accessible) to me.
Edit: To be honest, the reason why this is in the forefront of my mind right now and I react to it strongly is because, right now, I am working on a piece about censorship in public libraries. I am literally working on it right now and have been doing it the last week. To move a cultural resource, with the intent to make it less accessible to the wider public who are not necesarilly interested in nichè thematic; all of this is what I have been writing about for a few days now.
When I post a very moving song with very strong lyrichs and it is relegated to a nichè thread and not a universal music thread, it seems odd.
