Personally check in from time to time and then read a whole bunch of posts in one go. Don’t have enough expertise to contribute on the details and it’s not the kind of issue where one feels like dropping a lot of likes (at least I don’t).
Also listen to one or two German experts occasionally to get a rough understanding of what’s happening.

The context here is the harrowing Russian fuel crisis. They have problems getting enough petrol and gas, to their army groups at the front (though not as much as Russian civvies as struggling to get it, as they are not military priority)

Petrol, oil and gas, this is what hurts Russia when Ukraine cannot bomb their military industry effectively with ballistic missiles (the sites are too large and too well protected, for UKR drones to destroy without a lot of luck)
