Vaccation from the forum. Nothing more, nothing less. I decided I didn’t want to post for a while. I waited for a PM from a guy for a couple of weeks, didn’t arrive, and then I decided to just take a small vaccation. I’ll be back relatively soonish. In a couple of weeks maybe 
As for personal updates, the summer has been beyond awful. Worst since 1974 they say. Rain, wind, 11-15 degrees ever since June. There was this much talked about Heat-Wave in Europe. Some heat wave. In southern Norway it was 35 degrees in mid june and I got some of that on my Oslo-trip (Tons of Rock) during the WC, but the heat wave never came across the mountains and it contributed to a vile low pressure that has been plaguing the coast all summer. It’s been cloudy, windy, wet and temperature like in mid-september all summer.
So now I have bought tickets to Portugal, heading off there to visit a very good friend of mine on the 14th and I am going to stay at her place in Fafe (outside Porto) for 12 days, and maybe even see the sun.

The US Senate have passed a bill for sanctions against Russia:
This is another round of tarrifs, but it does seem to indicate a support for Ukraine remains in the US.

These days, more of the same, Russia going hard with attacking Ukraine, who still can’t defend itself without Patriot, leading to dozens of deaths.
And Ukraine targeting Russia petrol infrastructure and wildberries (now all the biggest ones have been struck).

This move my be backfiring, because nobody of sane mind think elections can be held during wartime against Russia. And some people are now wondering openly if he’s not being manipulated by Trump/Musk.

Another incredible brave move who made the headlines, while a ground drone was evacuating badly injured Ukrainians, it was stopped by a drone.
The lieutenant just basically said, fuck it, took a pickup truck and went to rescue them. This was all captured in video.
Arguably it could have ended with 3 deaths, but the gamble worked this time, and he received the Hero of Ukraine title.
