Followed by Potter sacked and then Ange sacked come the end of the season.

What’s the record for most managers for a club in a PL season?

My cursory web search suggests that it’s 3.

Yeah it’s gets muddy when you consider interim and caretaker managers, but Chelsea fired Tuchel and Potter in 22-23 on their way to having 4 different people be responsible for at least 1 game.

I remember there was one year early in the crazy Italian era at watford where they were on their 4th manager of thee season before Christmas but I think that was before they made it back to the prem

So Forest would match Prolix’s cursory search if they replace Ange, and then have to fire Dyce (plausible if they are looking dicey around Feb). Although you’d expect that the return of Nuno would be on the cards at that point and may be a clear fourth manager record.

I think interim/caretaker managers could generally be discounted - although it becomes tricky if they last more than a couple of matches/the club aren’t actively seeking a replacement.

Nuno will do enough at West Ham so I doubt they will be able to get him back.

I also doubt he’d wanna put up with Marinakis anymore

“I’m no expert on body language” I wouldn’t have thought so Mr Hobbs, what with you being busy making small kitchen appliances. Anyone woudl think you were showing off…

I think what’s really happened is poor ol’ Ange has realised its very hard to get Kangaroo steaks away from London.

The last time I had a Skippy steak was in the walkabout in Newquay. All Walkabouts in London have been closed since 2016/2017 so he’d have more chance outside of London

Not quite as bad as De Boer at Palace, but for a mid season hire this is surely the quickest sacking?

Forest are turning into a bit of a basket case. So much for Arne’s nemesis.

We haven’t played West Ham yet, will have to wait and see what Nuno does there first

To be honest though, he was a bad hire as his style of football didn’t fit what Nuno had instilled in the team. Forest under Ange have a terrible record of conceding goals from corners, as happened again today.

They need somebody like Dyche and that’s probably who they’ll get as he’s not under contract.
