My preference is watching an expansive team up against Everton. Usually ends in comedy after Everton grind and foul their way to staying in games for 80+ mins.

I don’t know what’s he like as a person but I liked him as a player from the first watch - he was excellent at Forest. Shame about the choice of his next club but at least it’s not Manchester- or Everton-based.

I just don’t think it’s such a big deal, And I think it’s problematic if people get cancelled/punished for making a joke, which to my knowledge was what he did. Suarez did not. It’s a difference to me.

I have no issues with cancelling/punishing people for casual racism. In another profession he would be losing his job.
It’s pathetic that he’s even being defended and it’s “just a joke” to some.
