The Spursy Thread

It’s like the early Liverpool Klopp team where we’d drop points against weaker opposition and then dominate the game against better teams.

Sack him Spurs we need him back coaching the Aussies.

Big Ange is the man. Love him. If I was the typical tortured Spurs supporter I’m riding with the big fella.

One of my friends is a Spurs season ticket holder and he was saying how you never know what the team will do on the pitch, but you can never question Ange’s passion and commitment.

He just needs it to translate to the players a 100% of the time, apart from when they play us

Is it too harsh to say letting a player carry on for an hour with an injury…later confirmed to be a broken bone in his foot is totally Spursy?

Its not that unusual. It’s often the sort of knock you think you can play through only for it to then get worst in the next few days.

Yeah, and you totally wouldn’t catch a team trying to win a Champions League Final bringing on a substitute with a broken toe at half time, and have him not just play the second half, but also extra-time and then scoring the first penalty in the shootout.

No, totally Spursy.

You definitely aren’t Tom Jones.

Who knows when it broke.

Knowing Didi, it was months before, possibly on a night out.

36 year old Fraser Foster coming in…

Like a 26 year old Foster wasn’t great.

Do we think there’s a chance they might come in for Kelleher in January?

Ange says he will stick with what he is got. They would have to spend a lot of money for that and Vicário has been a decent keeper.

Kelleher ain’t going go and play somewhere that he could end up backup.

They will probably loan someone and so you could see them come in but again I doubt we let that be done.

Kelleher is still better than vicario though.

He might well be the issue is he would end up in a situation similar to here and cost Spurs an inflated fee.

Tottenham fans were left fuming at Ange Postecoglou after their latest defeat against Bournemouth - with one fan branding him “Poste-no-clue” from the stands

Watching Rangers-Spurs. As a red in Glasgow, this is the second time in a week Tottenham have let me down. No grit to them whatsoever

We play them in 10days, don’t want an upturn in form by them before that

It’s kind of a bonus they play a day later and a day closer to our game than we do.

Weird side. When it clicks they play devastating attacking football. When it doesn’t, they lose far too many points due to the inconsistency.

If good Spurs shows up for our game, it will be a tough one.
