Chelsea fans have a large racist contingent, but that doesn’t make the club racist.
Yeah, it went under the radar a bit but they ended the season last year in shite form. It was 4 loses in a row in the spring at one point and 5 out of their last 7 games. They went into that run in 5th place hoping for an end of season push that would get them into the CL and instead saw relegation form…and it was only because everyone else was shit that they somehow maintained 5th spot

I was reading something yesterday that claimed VdV is technically back to fitness, but is not being played because “experts” have analyzed his running technique and found that he is running wrong and that is why he injured himself. So he’s now working with other “experts” to change his running gate to that better suits someone who is so fast.
I cannot express how much this is snake oil shit and how even the top levels of sports with incredible resources gets suckered in to this sort of nonsense

Jury is out whether the situation this season is different but it does feel like it is working different.
Slot’s time frames generally match when the player returns where at times especially a few years back they’d have a niggle and be out for 6 months.
We’ve not massively changed our fitness team, maybe those who did leave were an issue. I’m not saying the training team that’s different so I don’t blame Klopp or Ljinders.
Saying that Gomez could go under rushed back then again these things happen.

Further to that I was friends with a guy who worked for a then at the time PL club in the fitness team and he said all players are on the edge and most will carry some pain.
He said at least two players just wouldn’t play through the littlest of pain while some would declare fit with some injury.
Interesting Hendo is mentioned as the suggestion was as he got older he would be pretty much injured all the time but he’s been generally ok.
Is that injured or “injured”?

They want to move their ‘branding’ beyond the area of London named Tottenham apparently. The entitlement of their demand though, fuck that they should be called totteringham from now on the jumped up wannabes.
