The owners dont pay the fine out of there pockets though?
It comes out of the clubs coffers, no?
Just like the legal fees city paid during the case, no?
I am not sure either, I think huge fines are a cop out for a rich club like Man City.
Taking their titles away from them is more effective.

I only mentioned the fine aspect in the post you quoted above because thatâs the part of the potential punishment that would be relevant when discussing paying compensation to broadcasters.
If it was possible, I would confiscate the club, sell any player assets, relegate them and then leave the club as a fan-owned co-operative. Essentially, put them back to the status of the club that played at Maine Road. Fair on the long term fans, fair on everyone else, owners can go back to their little twat-paradise in the desert and keep their noses out of everyone elseâs business.

Can i just throw this out there. Contracts city players have more than likely dont have a relegation clause in them. So can the players if at the 2nd last year of there contracts just buy themselves out of the remaining contract and be a free agent then? The rest id imagine u could try low ball city transfer wise and grab one or two that way.
Who would u try add to our squad if they do go down?
