Friends was shown at peak time on Channel 4 on a Friday evening. Along with Frasier it was their USP. Seinfeld was typically on late night on BBC Two, probably after Newsnight, possibly not if the Snooker had overrun. They moved it at some point and I missed a chunk of the last series.
