How good? Care to elaborate?

Liverpool are now recently linked with Arthur Theate 23 Belgian and Hincapie 21 Ecuador for a left sided centerback.

I believe we can only go for 1 of them because our homegrown slots quota issue.

And if we DO get a foreign centerback, that precludes us from getting another DM who doesn’t fit the homegrown criteria OR is of an age that he doesn’t need to be registered.

This might make the Andre signing more believable because he was still 21 when the year started so I don’t believe he needs registration is that right? He’s 22 now though.

Endo is already a Liverpool legend because of the PUNS using his name alone!

We won’t sign Hincapie.

I wouldn’t even waste time discussing him.

Teatro could discuss his hair with Elliott get him.

ā€œLiverpool have cooled their interest in a 28 year old DM due to 90m price tagā€.

Yeah not because they bought a 30 year old DM on Friday.

Looking forward to getting 50m for Nat Phillips at this rate.

If Maguire was worth Ā£30m…

There’ll still be some mad pricks going ā€œwhat are we playing at? We should be signing him, we know we have Ā£110million to spendā€

Doucoure? Gravenberch? Anything in either of those?
What about a defender?

I’m glad that Endo is here, as he will add balance to the side. He’s a solid player. We have lots of stardust in other positions, so solid is good.

Still, with that said, are we going to get another? Maybe someone perceived higher up? Plus a defender?

It will be interesting to see what happens.

As things stand, Liverpool don’t intend to recruit another specialist No 6 this summer – another sign of how highly Klopp regards Endo. He’s been bought to start matches.

With Stefan Bajcetic returning to the matchday squad on Saturday after five months out injured, the teenager is viewed as a suitable alternative in that role.

What Liverpool are still in the market for, however, is another multi-functional midfielder. They have a long-standing interest in Ryan Gravenberch but Bayern Munich’s stance all summer has been that he’s not for sale.

Jones is better. We have enough of the ā€œmulti-functional midfieldersā€. I don’t mind getting another midfielder , but it’ll have to be someone like a Tchouameni / Valverde and not Gravenberch.

Even before yesterday’s nightmare debut from Caicedo , I was already happy about this signing. A proven performer who actually wants to play for us as opposed to the latest PL flavour of the month , and Ā£100m still sitting in our war chest.

Jones and Bajcetic should be training by this week. Not sure if they are going to be ready to start the match though.

Bajcetic was on the bench against Bournemouth on Saturday.

I’d guess if this is accurate, those Doucore links should be taken with a pinch of salt then.
