I’m not sure I can see Morgan Rogers coming in. Elliott being moved in part because he’s well behind Wirtz, Macca, Szobo, and Jones as midfielders. You’ve also got Nyoni and Bajcetic on the come up. Is Rogers going to start for us?
In the long run, I can see us potentially anticipating that Macca and Jones might be on the way out in a year. Macca has been linked with Spain and Jones only has two years left.
But until then, Rogers is going to be seeing a lot of the bench. I don’t know if he’d want to come here in that scenario.

I don’t know Morgan Rodgers well but any chance he is considered a better option for the right or left forward positions? About the only way it would make sense for us to be interested in him.

He’s versatile and can play LW or RW. That might be the attraction on our side.
He’s a good player, but not a starter for us.

More in reference to red men picking it up as genuine, his verstatlity on the wing sort of makes sense.
I doubt it would be him or Isak mind. Not entirely sure what the idea would be mind.

I’d be well on board with Rogers. Him, Isak and Guehi would complete the squad and set us up to compete on all fronts imho.
