If we get Rogers as well as Isak, I wonder if that will result in Chiesa being moved on as well as Elliot? I canât see Chiesa getting much if any game time if Rogers joins. Which we would be a great pity as we wouldnât get to hear that stupendous song again!
If you analyse the past transfer behaviour of our club in the last decade and I did run through some key moments if our transfer activity in the last 10 years, and coupled with the financial discipline that clubs need to learn to handle, plus the effect of COVID, itâs quite clear to me that we would sign players in these 3 days or also possibly, we might not
An artist and an analyst. A modern renaissance man you are @gasbandâŚ
âŚhad to re check your findingsâŚre entered everything including a few variables and you are 100% right⌠never wouldve guessed it though
It will be - theres only 60 hours left of the window!
Rogers would be a fantastic addition to the squad, another Man City ârejectâ who could reach great heights and prove himself elsewhere. That said, I donât really see it happening this late in the window, Liverpool surely canât spend so much additional money should Guehi and Isak deals go through - and Aston Villa certainly wonât sanction some loan with obligation to buy next summer, not with all the PSR issues theyâre having. Also, Elliott is still here (I assume Rogers would be fighting it out with Wirtz over that no. 10 role - at least I think itâs his best).
25m pounds + or no deal.
Iâll be sure to let them know
Unless we plan to reinvest in someone else on top of Isak/Guehi, which is almost impossible, Iâd just keep.
Yeah especially for 10m pounds or whatever Meelan likely to offer.
I bet the offer is âcan we just have him?â
I hope it works out for him. Having AC Milan on your CV will look a helluva lot better than Crystal Palace.
Donât know about that. At this stage in his career itâs not really about his CV. Heâd be more likely to happy and fulfilled at CP in my opinion.
