The Unreliable Transfer Rumours Discussion Thread (Part 4)

Yeah Im not exactly upset at the specific loss of Mo for free, but more the absurdity of Real floating this makes it seems like a signal to make a bigger point

That should cheer Goldbridge up no end.

Mo can leave for any team he wants at the end of his contract.

And if he doesn’t pick up his play in this season , I’d rather we get a good price for him from Saudi.

Doubt we’ll be dropping £100m on somebody to sit behind Gravenberch on the bench.

This makes absolutely no sense. I love Indy and all, but unless someone like Mac is leaving in January, this is never happening.

Apart from not being English, from what I have seen I rate Baleba higher than Wharton and atm Wharton has had quite a few injuries, plus Baleba is close to Grav in being able to beat a press, break the lines through dribbling/moving with the ball.

Depending on price he would be a good consideration as a future signing and the other major positive is that it’ll piss off Man U fans :squinting_face_with_tongue:

You have to remember most of what Indy posts is still bullshit.

Of course, but he was right about some important transfers this summer!

Slot has been surprisingly open in discussing the difference in what Grav offers us at the 6 compared to what he was looking at Zubi to bring and contrasted them as players who were more likely to progress the ball through the defensive lines via passing or dribbling. Wharton vs Baleba seems to have the same sort of contrast in profiles.

And the 50 million they’ll get from Man U for buying a 37 year old Lewandowski when they realize that Sesko is garbage.

But we’ve already dro[[ed £125M on someone that can’t make our matchday squad, so why not drop another £100M to collect splinters in their arse?

Exceptional talent but there’s something off about his attitude at such a young age. Very arrogant and pompous on and off the field.
