We do have a very good track record with players named Ian (Rush, St. John and the late, great Ian Ross), so we should buy him.

Now the issue has been raised, there is a shocking lack of top class footballing Ians and itās weird that 3 of the top 4 were liverpool legends.

Storey-Moore didnāt go to that World Cup, nor make the standby/reserve list before it was whittled down to 22 players. His only cap was v Netherlands in the previous January and was injured before the tournament.
