To be fair, it’s a chance to hurt us big time, and as neither money nor FFP have any value for them, they’ll always try.
Agree with you though, the player would be daft to go there from a footballing point of view. But the devil knows how much they’ll offer him for his wages…

Actually Glasner does directly refer to City in the BBC piece from yesterday.
“I’m not naive,” said Glasner, as reported by the Athletic and the Times. “If a massive offer comes from City and Marc wants to do it, it will happen.”

I didn’t see that one. Oh well another one who who will sit on the bench once Dias and Gvardiol are back from injury., but I still don’t trust Glasners comments as he is hell bent on preventing that guy from signing for us.
