Isak is the starter… he’ll play whenever he is available. Gakpo or Danns will likely play as the backup if he is healthy. Morrison, yeah… he should be given game time but he won’t likely start.
Diomande is 19 years old as well. .. after one season everyone is raving. We will never consistently develop our own Diomande unless we give them chances (provided we don’t overplay them if they are still growing).
So yeah, I get your point that many of our top youngsters are unproven… but if we don’t give them the chance over someone who is proven ineffective, than what is the point?
