His passing game is second to none.
FFP in France is as tight as a ducks arse Chelsea wouldnāt last a week in ligue 1.
I did, but that might have been in 2022.. or 2023. One of those years.
Dont the owners own a club in France?
Is Diakhite his agent I think we should stay well clear of signing this player?
We have opened the floodgates to Shitty very soon they will pick and choose which of our players they can buy.
Senegalese reporter. Iād assume he has some links with Senegalese players, beyond that no idea if heās any good.
As far this goes, means he might know something about the Camara transfer, but Manu Kone is probably just him pulling a name out of thin air
We havent sold anyone to them yet.
Also given the opinions most have held on Gakpo and MacAllister for the past season it would be hard for them to be annoyed or to equate to City getting Sterling.
But yes, i would prefer it if we didnāt sell to a direct competitor
Kone linked now eh?
Wins the ball fairly well and more positive in his passing than our midfield (though not exactly a pass master). I don“t like that he charges up field out of position like Grav does but overall he“s a good player and wouldn“t be bad.
Camara is a bit more of the holding type and I think his pasing a little better so maybe I“d prefer him but both good players I think.
Iām surprised he hasnāt been bought yet. Thereās been a few rumours, and I think ā¬50m was mentioned earlier this summer, which I think would be a ridiculously good deal compared to moves weāve seen between PL clubs this summer.
I remember I liked him a lot when he played in Germany, but the last couple of years I think Iāve only seen him play for the national team.
Didn“t know that, cheers. Definitely a deal to be had then if we want him.
I think he could be a shrewd pickup but I also think he might effectively kill Nyoni“s chances here.
Itās not a club with a big fanbase though is it? Monaco itself isnāt particularly big (population of around 40k?) and when the team was relatively successful I think that it was being funded by a very rich benefactor/ owner?
Konesās a bit more of a unit compared to Camara but his injury history isnāt great.
Is this the Kone that played for France in WC? Thought he looked a super player
Only a matter of time before weāre linked to Rabiot peeps, brace yourselves.
Nyoni and Macca are the only ones in this whole damn squad who is willing to actually fucking pass from a DM position to progress the ball. Macca also didnāt have a proper pre-season as well which means his minutes have to be managed too.
Gravenberch and Szobo canāt fucking pass anything longer than 20m to save their fucking lives and cannot resist the urge to saunter upwards together which makes them unsuitable as pivots together.
Nyoni is still at the age where he needs time to grow physically stronger while Macca and Camara share the minutes in the UCL& PL. Nyoni can come in the slightly easier UCL and PL matches as a sub while being the first name for the FA cup and Carabao cup..
Thatās the one, yes.
iāve never played at a high level. Highest was middlesex County league first division and even then not for very long. But Iāve always been able to pass long and short and with a fair bit of accuracy. So I naturally assumed that a top tier professional player playing for Liverpool midfield such as Grav and Dom would have at least that level of passing ability. Having witnessed them myself at Anfield multiple times, I was genuinely shocked to see how limited their passing abilities were.
Itās a principality of about 10,000 citizens. Thatās rising quite quickly as it was about 3000 about 20 years ago.
The club seesaws due to who and how itās sponsored. However it benefits from not paying the same, if any tax unlike other clubs in the same league which is a massive advantage.
