If you haven’t laughed for a while.. here is the solution :joy:

Korma made.

Made a huge mistake of adding oil too much. Ended up removing around 100ml of the excess oil.

Double oil added when I added the oil made while trying onions into the marinade and my wife added 2 tbsps of heaped ghee to fry the spices

Tried my best. Removed the chicken pieces and then fried the korma masala more before adding in the pieces again.

The minute I added water to cook the chicken pieces further , the fat simply started flowing out.

This is why I don’t cook Indian food… I leave it to the professionals, it’s not worth the trouble.

Nah. This was purely a mistake on my part. Just didn’t see the oil that was added.

Too many chefs spoil the broth. That’s exactly what happened here.

I cook indian food regularly. Just was a fuck up on my part.

Ended up having to drain more than 160-200ml of excess oil/fat and then flavour as well
