Context?

The Polish ref scheduled to do the CL final recently attended an event hosted by a far right group in Poland, which has led to lots of criticism . He has now apologized saying he didnt understand the views of the group hosting the event ( :man_shrugging: ) and UEFA said they’re going to keep him on the game because removing him would run counter to their anti-discrimination efforts ( :man_shrugging: :man_shrugging: :man_shrugging: )

Yeah okay.

What else would a “far-right” group be discussing? Holding hands and singing Kumbaya?

And UEFA are pontificating to La Liga about their inadequacies in dealing with fan racism. Piss off.

Is anyone going to watch the match tomorrow? :grimacing:
I am not enthusiastic about at all. I will be an Inter Fan for 90 minutes tomorrow.

I’m giving it a wide berth for once. I think we are watching the Avatar film on Disney which, in fairness, is probably more believable than City’s sponsorship deals. I believe it features giant blue alien with unbelievable powers. No, that’s City’s centre forward, isn’t it?

Plenty of Baseball all evening so that’s what I’ll be watching.

Testing my brain on the 1% club…just the thought of em in the ground (Atataturk)…we ‘owned’ for one night, makes me feel sick…I’ll try and swerve it…

I definitely won’t be watching tomorrow night. It was enough for me seeing the over confident, arrogant City fans in Istanbul, bragging about how they are the greatest team in Premier League history, conveniently ignoring everything that happened before 1992. Their attitude just makes me sick.
My dislike of Man Utd has been surpassed by disgust for City and their fans.

I hate myself so I will obviously watch it, well depending on the first goal or so.

Is it me…or do all the shitty fans, that are interviewed, sound thick as 2 short planks…I know you shouldn’t tar everyone with the same brush…but geez…they really are deluded…

I’m hoping for Inter to win, more than I wanted Everton relegated. And I really, really wanted Everton relegated.

First club of my childhood was AC Milan, so naturally my younger brother chose Inter. Almost fifty years on he is loving this, I desperately want to see an Inter win.

I will watch it, in the hope of an Inter win. If it goes as I expect, and Man City get a grip on it and surge ahead, I will switch off.

No way, I only watch Cheaty when they play us.

In the 1960’s, Inter were corrupt, cheating twats. I’ll forgive them all of that, if they can somehow win tomorrow.

Are shootouts included in extra time bets in the US?

I don’t have any proof but I’m pretty sure Caesars are ripping me off.

Cracker salads, though.
