Same as they have had since 2017 and lots of clubs follow and watch him. Kjetil Knutsen.
Probably one of the best managers in the world and certainly the one who have had the most impressive success when it comes to continuity in the entire world. I mean, he is mentioned as a successor to Guardiolo etc. (not that City would hire him).
Honestly he should be a far bigger name than most managers in the Prem, so I don’t understand that people have not yet heard of him after all of these years with steady progress and success. He is a bigger name than Slot was before he came to England.
(Personally I actually think moving to Celtic would be major step down in terms of sport and doubt a club like Celtic has anything other than more money to offer him).
He didn’t start out as a manager, but as a elementary school teacher. He worked as a teacher for 15 years, just coaching teams as a hobby (no one lives off footie in lower leagues in Norway).
So sure, he is very experienced as a coach, but at a non-professional level while he was a teacher:
Monaco v Paris SG Galatasaray v Juventus
Benfica v Real Madrid
B. Dortmund v Atalanta
Qarabağ v Newcastle Club Brugge v Atleti
Bodø/Glimt v Inter
Olympiacos v Leverkusen
there will be a draw late February to see which winners of the highlighted ties we play.
Probably been answered before somewhere but what if we win this but finish outside top 5 (as seems very likely now) would there be 6 English teams in the draw or would we simply replace the fifth team?
Interesting fact, we could even end up with 7 teams. 4 x league position, 1 x Co Efficiency rankings, 1 x winning the C/L if that team finishes outside the top 5 and 1 x winning the Europa League and finishing outside the top 5 (I’m looking at you Nottingham Forest!)
