Funny how it’s always English refs at the center of it all.
Very rarely do we see a clip go viral involving a European referee under scrutiny from players/managers.

I think Sevilla probably should have had one pen with Ocampos. Didn’t see the other incident with Pellegrini. The handball was right in my opinion, maybe the distance was problematic and needed second viewing. And yeah, having 2 CB’s among your first 3 takers was unusual. Cristante is a midfielder, he went first.
To me the still image doesn’t quite tell the whole story.

Most of the time I hate this sport…behaviour like this is down to social media and everyone has a responsibility not to contribute to generating hate and agression like this…how long before a referee is attacked on the pitch or even killed?
