A major blow to Spurs, especially with Maddison also unavailable.

One would think that everything is conspiring so that the world’s luckiest club will save one of their worst seasons ever by winning Europa League.

Yeah we get it, you keep saying it won’t change that fact.

Sonny will turn back the clock and score a double brace.

Don’t worry too much, those who understand football, even including most of their fans, still know how terrible this season has been for them.
But indeed, the title would give them a much needed Silver Lining indeed.

But why should we feel dejected about this ? I don’t get that, Nikola. Stick yout fingers into your Tesla-battery and get some sparks and a shock :high_voltage: An upper.

There is nothing to grieve for. We won the league and Manchester United are terribly unlikely to be anywhere near us next season either. It’s just a rival fan base getting a title so they don’t suicide like Lemmings out of a cliff. Many of them need it. Be magnanimous. We are kings, they are serfs. We celebrate a royal wedding, it is only fair that the peasantry are allowed to then eat meat on a Tuesday. We`ll hang them if they poach venison anyway. They live in a different world. They are Liverpool in the glory days of Manchester United. It’s not as if they will be promoted to nobility next season. Don’t be cruel.

But sure, for the Dr. Evil :smiling_face_with_horns: who lives inside 99.999999% of all football fans, it will not be the best moment if they lift a title, but slap that dude; and grab a beer or a glass of wine instead and remember reality :clinking_beer_mugs: :1st_place_medal:
