So Boris has sad he is deeply sorry for all the deaths (now well over 100,000) and he takes full responsibility for the governments response.

So when does he resign? Because that’s what used to happen when people had fucked up to this grim magnitude.

Never. Personally, I’d love to see him dragged through a investigation under Health and Safety law.

The majority of Euro clearing was done through the City of London, France and Germany were angling for it post-Brexit… Possibly NY makes more sense due to the infrastructure already in place. And possibly a willingness to accept the extra-territorial rules/oversight of the EU…

Above all it a massive table leveler. USA and UK are on par now as far a EU business is concerned.
It’s good news for the UK it means that the EU aren’t thinking of putting restrictions on London.
