I thought Rishi had but you appear to be right, I havenāt seen Rishi declaring yet. Perhaps he will now he has enough to be on the ballet on Monday and is expected to have a significant total of MPs behind him
He is expected to get around 55-60% of the members vote so you would think he would stay in the race but there is so much still unclear about his motivations that it is hard to gauge right now
Which is a bit suspicious. There was a lot of talk over the last week or so she was positioning for a leadership challenge. Unless Johnsonās sudden run of backers has scared her off and a fear amongst the most right wing of the party that an additional runner would split the vote, I canāt see why else she hasnāt announced she was running.

Just been reading some posts by Stephen Bush (FT) question whether the members vote is so strongly in favour of Johnson. I guess we may see further analysis of that over the next couple of days.
