Don’t quite think you got my point there. I’ve been suffering from the menopause……
Yes, I know. I got the joke…
I’m not actually sure how much involvement he had in that?
This is apparently wrong (Ex-YouGov worker retracts claim it suppressed pro-Corbyn poll | General election 2017 | The Guardian).
So how much above the national average salary do you have to earn to be “out of touch”?
I have no clue, frankly. If I recall correctly, there’s also quite a bit of evidence that for some people psychologically speaking, being “working-class” is cultural, i.e. they could be earning well into the top 5% or 1% and still identify as working class. So they could be earning maybe 5x of what the median MP earns and still consider the MPs to be out of touch, even relative to them.
I was talking merely about the perception, rather than actually being out of touch in any way whatsoever.
Guardian reading champagne socialists?
How much do you earn Dane?

Isla Bryson awaits sentencing after being convicted of sexual attacks in 2016 and 2019, while known as Adam Graham
Non-paywalled link to the story:
Sentencing adjourned until the end of February. It’s interesting to see what they do because I’m pretty sure that they have no suitable facilities unless there is some additional wing at Barlinnie.
On the BBC.
Oh boy. That’s a firestorm waiting to happen.
It says on there that she is being put in segregation at Cornton Vale. I thought that was closed now? Or maybe that’s why they are using it?
Interestingly, the BBC makes reference to a court appearance in 2019 so this isn’t just a historical case. I’m curious as to how the prison service are going to unpick that one.
Looks like a bloke to me dispite the pink duvet. Stick a dick back on it lop it’s tits off and let it suffer in a ‘normal’ prison!
Incoming, take cover
Flobs is entitled to his opinion
Not if it’s the wrong one
Still won’t change my opinion though, might make me keep quiet in future mind.
Doesn’t the law take into account the ‘state’ of the person when they committed the crime, in this case a violent sexual abuser and a man to go with it?
Anyway surely time for me to shut up now.
Interesting point. How does tha law stand now for say an adult who’s being tried for an historical offence committed while still a juvenile?
