Apparently, your opinions are part of your personality and can never be changed.
So, no matter how much evidence you might see which contradicts them you are fated to always be a tory or a liberal or a communist or whatever.
All efforts of politicians to try to persuade us of the value of their positions are doomed to failure.

No. Your sexuality is not ‘a value.’ Your sexuality is not going to change over time through exposure to be ideas or experiences.
You’ve previously said we all get more right wing as we get older and accumulate experience. Do gay people get straighter as they get older? Is homosexuality something that people can eventually grow out of though experience and wisdom?
