That’s not what that stat is saying.
Myocarditis and Covid-19 vaccines: should you be worried? - BHF).
For every million doses given of the monovalent Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, there have been 10 reports of myocarditis and 6 reports of pericarditis.
There have been 14 reports of myocarditis and 8 reports of pericarditis for every million doses given of the monovalent Moderna vaccine over the same period.

No.
I’m fit (ish), very healthy and strong.
I’ll take my chances if Covid comes my way.
Obviously if I get Covid, I’ll take the necessary precautions to prevent spreading it.
Only took the first 3 to allow me to travel to work.
but that IS what the stat is saying. you believe your bullshit report, I’ll look at the actual numbers. If you want to stick that vaccine in your body go right ahead. I’ve done it twice and I won’t do it again.
Just so you’re aware…this website is what YOUR website links to.
Spent another 5mins on google scholar and incidence of heart issues after covid jabs seems to be around 1 in 100000, with variations depending on vaccine, sex and age.
God knows where you got 1 in 60 from but you’re doing a great job in demonstrating why we’re screwed by misinformation

Go to a statistics class, read the fucking reports. or go argue with a fencepost, maybe you’ll win that one.
I even linked you the website, and the numbers. it’s a 1 in 60 chance that you could have a CARDIAC issue as the ADVERSE EFFECT as a result of a mRNA vaccination. not that it’s a 1 in 60 chance of ANY adverse effect. look at the list of “disorders” in the image I pasted.
“5 min on google scholar”. fucking hell. I’m not even going to respond to you anymore. Just want to pick an argument, constantly.
Yes, that’s exactly what you said. My God

You’ve linked to the yellow card scheme. That doesn’t show cause and effect. Read the blurb that comes on that link.

10337 people in the UK have had an adverse CARDIAC reaction reported as a result of an mRNA vaccination. ~9000 of those were classified “serious” and ~250 were fatal.
overall, for REPORTED adverse reaction reports.
no thanks. I’m good with two.
That’s not what your graphic says. They were reported around the same time as a vaccination but not necessarily as a result. That’s what the yellow card scheme is for. There is no case history or statistical analysis that goes with it.

canada has their own numbers. no caveat to “well, mayyyyybe it’s a coincidence”
They are reports, not necessarily cause and effect. Also, look at the percentages printed and compare that to what you quoted earlier which was orders of magnitude higher.

no, they’re total coincidences that a healthy person gets a shot and then suffers a malady.

Coincidence would indicate that they are unrelated but the idea is that they flag any potential correlation.
The yellow card schemes are flawed but they are needed because medical data tends to be quite fragmented. If you recall during the early days of the Covid pandemic, there were lots of reports taken from Israeli and Scottish data as they are very integrated across things like GP and A&E data.

So you’ve gone from “risk of causing heart issues (this is confirmed by medical research, 1 in 60 odds)” to circling a link stating 0.058% chance of any adverse affect.
You were right about one thing, we would be better arguing with a lamppost.

you’re 100% right, you are like arguing with a post. I link numbers. facts. you post a link to some garbage heart foundation opinion page that says “trust us, it’s safe”
It’s MY decision not to get any more vaccinations. that’s what this “discussion” is all about. 3 years on and society has been misled and lied to and cheated out of hundreds of millions of dollars from OUR tax coffers, as well as the safety of what they mandated everyone into sticking in their bodies.
I’ve put you on ignore. don’t expect to see any more replies from me as you’re a waste of my time.
you carry on crying into your echo chamber.
It’s hard to know what’s going to finish us first- climate breakdown, nuclear war, or another pandemic in the age of misinformation

It’s always good to do your own research.
Not the kind of research that involves studying for years, if not decades, to become an expert in a field. That’s a pain in the arse.
I mean going on Google and finding the first article that confirms a pre-existing opinion, and then shouting abuse at anyone who points out the flaws in that approach.
It’s nearly the same.

I have taken 4 jabs. But for anyone refusing to take , so be it. We are now at the stage where there are enough information on official sites to make an informed decision. If someone says no, I can understand. You are putting a medicine into your body. Even medicine that has long research of safety still can have adverse effects on individuals. I will continue to take it as long as it’s advised by medical experts in my country but I also can understand those who don’t.
