i think its very relative if a crime is committed by a migrant, and even more so if it is becoming a trendā¦ its potentially dynamite in the community, but its still relevant.
if its a trendā¦and lets be adults hereā¦(in australia) there are migrant communities running violent crime syndicatesā¦t it needs to be addressed, leaving it to fester, because the issues too hot to handle politically is just another cowardly action we are leaving for the next generation to clean up after us (piling up nicely now- wars, climate policy, affordability crisis, rampant AI, social media regulation - i swear we might be in a better place if we decide that for the next 25 years, anyone whose entering politics has to be under 25 years old)
in Victoria, Immigration is currently very high, and being tightened, unfortunately the reason its so high is that we have decided education is an industry, and are monetising degrees ( another story, another time)ā¦ but it skews the stats so people think we have a problem
however, what we ARE seeing are African and Middle eastern crime gangs opperating in organised (and disorganised) crime spreesā¦
we have shopping centres with machete weilding thugs roaming around, car thefts and home invasions on the news everynight, and tobacco shops ( middle eastern syndicates having a turf war) going up in flames every other weekā¦
alot of this stuff is imported, and its not racist to state that factā¦ that its normalised and almost taboo to discuss is cowardly from those in positions of influence and powerā¦
we also have vast swathes of indian imigrants who are peaceful and hard working and dilligent adding so much to our society ā¦but even thenā¦the wage pressure and housing price crisis are massiveā¦
so its a real world problemā¦and one not for the feint heartedā¦
unfortunately, immigration IS a problemā¦ its been ramped up so much in australia not to solve a refugee crisis, but to keep the economy bumbling alongā¦ and its not really for the net benefit of our current citizens, or for the country of origin of our immigrant people

I think you guys are looking or interpreting meaning that simply isnāt there.
Itās like comparing referees, or even the same referee in different games. We assume consistency and want consistency but at the end of the day two different judges or referees can see and hear the same things and give to totally different outcomes.
I was unfortunate enough to be in a high court legal action. I saw one side clearly lie, contradict themselves, and generally give a terrible account. Lots of evidence against them. Itās was what I thought an open and shut case as they had been caught red handed. Hundreds of documents as evidence. Making money on the side using super sensitive conpany equipment and IP (that cost tens of millions to develop).
However they largely won because the judge felt sorry for them. They were the little guy getting sued by massive multi billion dollar company with the best lawyers. It would ruin them with debt.
What the judge didnāt realise is his sympathic decision led to that company shutting UK operations making 50+ people with PhDs redundant. They no longer felt they could rely on UK legal system for protection. It was a terrible outcome, from a terrible judgment. An outcome not driven by facts but feelings. It opened my eyes. Judges are as bad as PL referees. Even the ones at the very top are swayed by things they shouldnāt. It was not black and white right or wrong. They did x so the consequences should be y. Following letter of law.
The law is an ass that sometimes defies common sense, fairness or justice. Comparing the two different cases is like asking why Michael Oliver gave a yellow card in one game, and in a less serious version of the same offence gave a red card.

there are some migrants who TURN to crime, im not debating that, there are some MIGRANTS who have virtually no other optionā¦
but we do have a migrant crime issue because there are simply groups of migrants who are coming to australia to commit crime. thats not a racist or colonial misrepresentationā¦ we litterally import crime syndicates.
tthere is a difference between gangs of sudanese kids roaming the streets (which happens) and career criminals who have become residents.
half our crime bosses seem like FIFO bosses who command vast operations from Dubai, Iran and other parts of the worldā¦
so we do have an existing crime problemā¦but its really niave to think we turn people into criminals in our societyā¦ some are coming in becuase its basically a career choice.

No, itās because your claim sounded unlikely and more than a bit like it was derived from a right wing propaganda channel (i.e. wrongly labeled video) and that you had misunderstood etc.
It is natural then that people will ask for sources. Itās not a football debate or about opinions, after all, but about something that would be bad if it was factual (and that we havenāt heard of, which is extremely strange IF it was factual).
This isnāt the same as discussing footie with Mascot really, where you have opinions and both sides can be valid. When it comes to facts, this is no longer the case. There is a difference.
Edit: I have seen versions of what is claimed in that youtube video you have seen on Twitter, very many of them. ALL of them, that I have seen so far, have been manipulated, often pushed by very big accounts like Elon Musk in his Free Speech crusade.
That doesnāt mean that what you saw is incorrect, but it means that I donāt believe any of it without proper sourcing I can check; given the history of Fake News on this very subject.

So itās an organised crime problem. Of course that can be both internal and external. Prior to Spain joining the EU, many British criminals lived in what was known as the āCosta del Crimeā, essentially running operations outside the reach of the British police.
Presumably, the immigration authorities run background checks. Presumably, that is part of the scam?

And Farage wants us to leave the ECHR which would open the UK to more of this. I believe as part of the ECHR agreement we are part of a European network which has access to various databases. We lose access to that if we left the ECHR.

Why have you referred solely to the Naziās? You said Far Right in the 30ās. Letās discuss Oswald Moseley, ex-Labour and pro Social market economy. He didnāt blame the Jewish people, he blamed communism. The Naziās placed blame on the Jewish community for the Germans failure in WW1.
Their rise to power came on the back of the Great Depression, even if the far right parties are playing on the same fragilities, todayās parties are not looking to form an Aryan brotherhood and create a master race, not invading other countries.

The thing is, a lot of his quotes were recorded. Take this from 1935:
