I completely agree and apologise for my post being a bit abrupt. More than a few of us were critical of the Tories recycling the same people. Weāre seeing the same here.
Now I personally disagree with the poke at Miliband. Heās been given a fat budget to spend and aggressive targets to reach. Thatās policy choice, not the person.

My partner used to work for him when he was Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change. She said he was generally really good as a minister - totally gets his brief, really hard working and morally on point. He genuinely cares about people and fairness. His biggest weakness was around decision making. He would delay and delay on making a decision and he really struggled with idea that inevitably some people lose out whatever the course of action.
