There is a button on Range Rover remote key fobs which when pressed releases a manual key.
It’s a pretty basic fix to get into the car
Maybe so, I am just repeating what I was told.
It maybe considered basic to some but is not ideal on a brand new vehicle. Upon entering the vehicle, for some electrical faults you may need to clamber into the Boot space or require a specific device, which sadly not all Breakdown Recovery companies have.
I will leave it there. I don’t see why you are so intent on trying to prove me wrong when I have at no point stated it as being factual, all hearsay.
I feel that if I said my mates car blew up, you would respond by saying there is a quick fix glue which would allow you to reassemble the vehicle - a pretty basic fix.
for some-one who hates Britain so much,
I’m surprised he lets his son work and live in London
I think you have just provided (in my opinion) a perfect evaluation of a large percentage of Britains inhabitants.
I appreciate, that parts of its History need to be accepted, understood and more informed but I really don’t get the narrow minded hate and failure to consider its positives.
Touchy?
Simply countering your “hearsay” with my experiences of having owned a couple of Range Rovers.
Nothing personal
And what has Russia given the world apart from borscht, which isn’t even Russian to begin with
I have a relatively new car and the steel key is inside the fob, so no button needed, but I only realised this when I went to change the fob battery.
BTW, that engine mentioned(full and official) cost more than my actual car.
Music, arts, literature, important scientists and philosophers. It’s just a tragedy that it has been habitually run by criminals.
Which is similar to what the UK has given the world, but he ignored it, so I am ignoring all of their positives and just focusing on their shit
This statement would be applicable to many countries, including ours
Was in Warsaw many years ago with my Polish girlfriend (now wife) and went the WW2 museum,
there was British army uniforms on display,
she said that the British didnt help the Poles during the uprising like they said they would,
I pointed out the Brits did want to help,
by flying over to Poland, drop supplies then head to Russia and refuel then fly home,
but Stalin said no to RAF planes landing and refueling in Russia,
she didn’t believe me as she was taught a different story in school,
I had to look it up on the internet to prove i was telling the truth,
Russia had too big an influence in what was taught in schools across Eastern Europe
Not really, was just bored of the back and forth over “Hearsay” and rather than it be taken on that basis it seemed everything was questioned.
I didn’t take it personally and now knowing you have owned a couple of Range Rovers (if it had been mentioned previously then I missed it) I can understand your stance.
A quick question, why was it common practice for Landrover owners to bib/acknowledge each over
.
Another friend of mine owns this beast.

For a few years I had a work van which I did most of my commuting in. So, for a general run about I inherited a car free of charge. It had been owned/used by all of my 3 brothers so it was bordering on a heirloom. However, with the number of Alternators I went through it was definitely not a freebie. It finally gave up the ghost on 200k miles. We gave it a good send off ![]()
Vodka, questionable head-ware, and a knee destroying Dance.
I think I preferred this thread when we were all calling each other cunts than this car stuff.
Bring back hft…![]()
Cunt
There needs to be a separate thread on the forum for car stuff, bit of an oversight that, if you ask me.
Personally, I find the imperial person kultus, a far bigger limitation on Russia, than mere criminality and corruption. It is scary how uncritical Russians are to the Tzar and how mindlessly enthusiastic they are about expanding the Russian empire through conquest.
It’s hard to comprehend how citizens feel about their leaders in cultures other than our own.
Azerbaijan citizens are bordering on obsessively loyal to their president, flag and country, and in the few conversations I had with them, they genuinely believe that they are living in a completely transparent democracy.
Despite the current president automatically taking up the role after the death of his father
