Ok, so there are two responses that have already been given that you just keep ignoring
-
Trump achieved record numbers of appointments to the Federal courts during his 4 years and appointed them from a list of people essentially vetted to support the unitary executive theory that if the president says so then it is. Banking on them restraining him because he wants to do things previously viewed as illegal is a real long shot.
-
So what if he tries and fails and somehow the courts prevent him doing it? How is it still defensible to even put the country through the the threats of this and then the actual efforts to fight the courts to do anything even resembling this? What do you think the country is like as that is happening? Just everything goes on as normal, and when it doesnt happen its no harm no foul?

I think that thing today was worse than even the most pessimistic people could have imagined it was going to be. Even I am kind of stunned they went were they did, and so often, across so many speakers.

Trump is going to deny knowing this racist subhuman filth. Just like all the other racist subhuman filth he has spawned.
But yeah sure. Must be nice to go on whistling.
PS:
CNN should shut it with the factual checks and just broadcast this shameful filth live for the world to see and hear.

The speakers probably don’t mean it though. This country was better when people could take a joke.

You’re right as. To be fair he did say the Republican Party is the party of the best jokes. Anything for a laugh.
Disgusting.
People are going to get hurt. And the party of great jokes will deny having any role in it. Just like their fearful fascist on Jan 6.

Tony Hinchcliffe is now complaining that it (the floating garbage island) it was a joke taken out of context, and its no big deal because he makes fun of everyone.

Danielle Alvarez, a senior adviser to Trump’s campaign, said in a statement that Hinchcliffe’s “joke does not reflect the views of President Trump or the campaign.”
Shocked! There’s the out his base needs.
And the GOP responses thus far characterize Hinchcliffe’s racism as “unfunny”. These weirdos sure are profiles in cowardice.

And the mad rush to clarify that the GOP doesn’t stand for anything said at its rallies. By tomorrow the rally wouldn’t have happened.

I love the mention of 48,000 Puerto Ricans going to fight in Vietnam. Trump would not know much about that because of three deferrals and late onset heel spurs.
The GOP chicken-hawk never changes.

It’s just a joke man, like you know… from 1939.
Win or lose, where does America go from here? Even if every Trump voter wouldn’t support some kind of ethnic cleansing, enough of them would while the rest of them would shrug as we see in this thread alone.
