Two of these I had assumed before were quite Trumpy, both white passing Mexicans whose families have been in the US for generations and who fancy themselves as self made entrepreneurs

Just as Leavers were informed by the side of a bus, Trump supporters and undecideds (effectively Trump supporters) are being fed from an information silo. None of these voters would be venturing over to The Guardian to get their news fix, and any search engine search is going to be returning them targeted news information from how they use the internet that wouldn’t return such an article.
I’m not sure what the solution is to sharing truthful information to these people.
