Venezuela is paying loads of money to Trump’s bank accounts in Qatar. In addition, he just asked for, and received, $150M worth of gold bullion as Trump likes his gold. The recent peace board thing was all money in the bank for Trump too.
US haven’t used the bombers yet due to not having full control of the iranian air space.

I don’t believe you can have regime change without boots on the ground. With Iran having a military size of roughly 1M people I can’t see it happening.
This is a war and a strategy Iran has planned for decades. Conversely I don’t know if the US/Israel really have a plan.
