Another miscalculation.
Iran economy is being degraded since 2015, the reason why they don’t bother about escalation anymore. The Gulf states, on the other hand, stand to lose what they have built over 5-6 decades. Gulf states may recover/rebuild quicker than Iran, but that would be a small, very small, consolation for the loss they will suffer.
Moral of the story, don’t push even your enemy so hard they are willing to go down.
He doesn’t seem to understand that this is a battle for survival for Iran’s regime - and Iran’s energy assets are already being targeted. They didn’t take this step up the escalation ladder, it appears that the US and Israel did.
Israel, I don’t think the US is even in favour of striking such targets.
Why not? It’s boosts the oil price and benefits the oil companies.
but annoys the voters…
Time is here to lock Trump up and throw the key away.
Keeps on saying if,this or that,Iran will be bombed like never before, sure Iran is used to this but the bellicose BS .Like a kid in the playground saying I’ve got a bigger stone than you,or my dad can beat your dad.
He is off his cruet!
Pretending that he didn’t know israel was going to hit that gas field is incredulous. It’s another sign of his utter desperation. How long now before the entire endeavour becomes all Bibi’s fault ?
A Regime Change in Israel? Well, that’s been long overdue.
I fully believe that this senile twat had no idea of this attack. After all, he went into this war without knowing anything about anything, and is clearly manipulated by the Israelis and some fanatical people around him (ie. Lyndsey Graham).
The fucking war criminal Netanyahu should have been muzzled first.
People always say Trump likes to put others in situations where all their options are bad.
There’s a part of me that really enjoys seeing him trapped in exactly that.
No , he knew. Sources in Israel say it was co-ordinated with the US beforehand.
He knew all along, just another cop out..he has that down to an art form.
Spread between WTI and Brent now 17! WTI and Brent should normally be no more than $5.
It does underscore the fact that the US is actually insulated from the worst effects of this.
Did he get…fired?
