Sorry Marco , but The Boss has spoken ; Trump insists Israel did not force US hand on Iran attack

The president insisted that Israel did not pressure the US to launch the initial strikes against Iran over the weekend.

“I think they were going to attack first, and I didn’t want that to happen. So, if anything, I might have forced Israel’s hand,” Donald Trump said while speaking to reporters. “We were having negotiations with these lunatics, and it was my opinion that they [Iran] were going to attack first.”

IDF is likely to invade and hold the ground up to the Litani river imo. I hope that will not be “permanent”, but these days, who knows.

I will note here that Iran has stated today that:
“any European “interference”, including defensive actions, in the ongoing US-Israel operation against Iran will be treated as an act of war. Retaliatory strikes would target European cities directly.”

This is that. In theory, if they have sleeper cells in the UK (and I am sure they have considering the large Uk Muslim population), it’s quite possible that there might be assymetrical operations inside the UK in the coming weeks or months. In theory at least. And MI5 better prepare for that “theory”, since so far Iran is follow up on threats…

There exist other opinions (that Iran is holding back and only launching a very few due to launcher constrains and the fact that they have no command and control anymore but instead is running on predetermined orders, but then again, they are losing a lot of launchers every single day).

But it is accurate that so far, Iran has failed to launch larger barrages and today, I don’t think they have even fired more than a very few ballistics.

But of course, Shaheed drones are still going to be a pain in the ass.

Not sure this is news really, as he is just drinking too much Finlandia again. Just posting it to show that they are slightly frustrated (no, I am not afraid that they will nuke Finland tommorow)

But you know, when you are extremely drunk, sometimes you say foolish things.

One probable reason why Iran’s barrage of rockets has decreased is that there is no centralized command anymore. There’s a leadership vacuum over there. I get that powers are deputed to local commanders but the local commanders need guidance as well. That makes it relatively easier to get some of them in the Iranian Army to take power from the IGRC.

Iran has begun striking deep in the MED (joking, other certain actors is truly taking advantage of this chaos).

No one is responsible of course. These are submersible Green Men.

Yeah, but that’s what I was saying (or so I thought).

They are acting on predetermined orders and official Iran is claiming they have no contact what so ever with launch crews.

Yesterday, they offered the most sincere condolances to Tehran. Today, slightly different message.

Absolutely no reason to doubt this. Maybe the number is 289 or 303, but the essence of it is likely to be highly correct.

Shaheeds continue to work quite well

Highly unclear how serious the damage is though. Compound way too large for a single Shaheed to destroy unless it hits ammo or petrol storage (which I doubt is located at a consulate)

Update:

Seems not very serious

Remotely this time at least. Seems they have learned a truly harsh lesson

I felt really deep sadness at Carney’s response to this war coming weeks after his well received comments about the failures of the rules based order.

Does seem that only the persons who were counting the vote were there in the building. Not all 80 odd clerics.

condemns Israel but not USA. What a shameless leech/

I don’t understand ?

This is a new meeting. After the Assembly was pulverised (and the 88 clerics inside was never truly conformed, but Israel believed they were there). We will know tomorrow or soon.
