Even the league winners in 2024 may have made signings in this window who aren’t major players this season?

The Rising Sun flag is the flag of the Japanese navy which is why it is regarded as controversial in some South-East Asian countries. I believe it is still used by the military but the national flag has always been the familiar red circle on a white background.
