Wataru Endo (DM) VfB Stuttgart

Not really, I’m just waiting for more transfer news. I’m assuming that we won’t get an official Endo announcement until tomorrow.

Presumably Jörg is now off looking to fill our next personnel gap: construction workers.

You can get reported and all.

I don’t deserve any of this, you guys!

As @redfanman and @RedWhippet have mentioned, that was the their military flag and it’s still in use. The red sun on white background is Japan’s flag for nearly 150 years. It was modified in 1999 and now it’s rectangular instead of a bit square.

Read a report that says his dad Kendo will visit Anfield for his sons first game… It said he is an ex insurance salesman that specialised in Endowment policies…

I mean… Just how much mileage can anyone get out of a single name :0)

Chelsea have staged a late move for Wataru Endo, trying to hijack his potential move to Liverpool. When asked about the move Toad Boehly said “Why the f&*k not?”

Endo with the mouth guard and kamikaze mindset is about to be putting that red dot on our opponents like the Japan flag!

I certainly hope not. If we ever play at the Britannia again either a disaster or a miracle would have happened.

Anyway, it has been known to be cold, wet and windy in Japan and Germany.

The description of Endo by a Japanese Liverpool fan above ties in with my memory of him playing in the World Cup. A great captain and leader and probably the most energetic player in a very energetic team.
