Shanks and Bob wouldn’t even recognise the Internet though that’s how things have moved on.
Klopp is probably the closest we’ve had to a manager in this modern era with the ethos of those past greats (bar Kenny), so it’s just a bit odd to compare eras when some things didn’t even exist. Knowing Shanks he would have probably used social media quite a bit if he knew it could reach his audience.
