Welcome to the club Hugo, looking forward to seeing our new look side this season - added some youthful pace and energy to the experience we had in the side
Welcome, Hugo! Exciting time to be a red.
I bet adidas are seething…all these new signings having to pose in a Nike shirt!

I hope when we see his first interview tomorrow they think of some better questions to ask him than the standard questions they ask everyone
He will rock for us. Welcome to LFC!!!
Why did you fuck newcastle off.
Poor lad didn’t even get the full unveiling shebang.
“Hold this shirt Hugo lad. Yer that’ll do, get yourself on that flight to Hong Kong to join the lads.”
Welcome Hugo! Without knowing him very well, nor having watched him play in the proverbial ten games, I’ve a good vibe about that lad, just as with Frimpong. I think we’ll enjoy seeing him play for us. Fingers crossed! ![]()
Not sure if it’s been mentioned anywhere yet, but Joyce is reporting that we first made contact with the player’s camp in January over a move, and only tipped our hand once Newcastle made their move, so imo very encouraging this is a lad we’ve done our homework on and been keen on for a long time, and another instance of our recruitment team laying the groundwork for a move early so that when it comes time they only want us.
Can’t wait to see him in action for us!
pretty happy with this one…
welcome to the club Hugo… very interesting to watch the lads from here…
Expecting a bid from them for Elliott anytime now.
Was there any doubt? Only someone delusional, who confounds us with United would convince themselves that Howe “tricked” us into doing anything.
This is similar to what happened with Diaz. We made our move once it became apparent that we’d lose him to Tottenham.
Happy to see this lad in our shirt, think he will be great for us.
Welcome to LFC Hugo!

𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢: What Liverpool are buying is enormous potential. A player that can absolutely perform to the highest standards at the moment, but who, according to a conversation I had with Frankfurt just before they agreed to a sale, they still believe he’s kind of about 60% of his potential.
Ekitike’s goal tally was not vast last season, but Liverpool did not regard that as a reason to be deterred. He performed well in other metrics, and LFC expect his goal return to increase over time."
Liverpool’s analysts felt that, relative to other centre-forwards, only Haaland & Mbappe have shown similar potential to Ekitike at a comparable age.
