What's happening? (Part 2)

I could have gone in with toothache and it wouldn’t have made any difference, the place was empty.
Lower esophagus going into spasm when it detects excess stomach acid apparently.

A lad I used to work with presented at emergency with classic heart attack symptoms. They triaged him and told him to go sit in the waiting room , and that’s where he died. A years long inquiry concluded that due to staff shortages he had been triaged by somebody unqualified. This is the main hospital for our area (Denbighshire) and it has been in special measures for years now. In the neighbouring county there has been a series of deaths resulting from negligent acts that are statistically meant to never occur.

I’ve got heart problems myself and am convinced that I’d probably be dead by now if I hadn’t moved to France.

I couldn’t fault my care a couple of weeks ago in A&E following my accident.

Still not a peep from Liverpool regarding the accidental finding however.

Went to my GP surgery last Tuesday as I was concerned regarding the swelling in my back not going down and I can’t feel anything. It just needs time, but what a complete palaver getting an appointment to be seen that day.

My best mate went in with classic brain tumour symptoms. The emergency thought virus, it remained virus even after an MRI where they missed a tumour the size of a golf ball . His GP was really concerned and managed to get another MRI done which revealed the cancerous tumour, not to mention the many little ones.
The problem is if they first impressions are wrong it gets really difficult to change the course. It really doesn’t matter what country your in
Must say in France they take heart conditions very seriously even if the patient doesn’t do anything to help the situation (alcohol was/is a major problem that many patients don’t take seriously).

A woman I know on the BHF forum has got a very specific condition which means regular hospital admissions (often emergency). It took her years to get a proper diagnosis and still she was being mistreated on admission. After even more years she finally managed to get a personal care plan so when she is admitted now they know exactly what to do with her. But yeah , for a lot of people it’s a lottery.

Hope you guys are in better health soon.

Went out on the London city tour bus, hanged Leicester Square and then ended up in a lovely Portuguese restaurant in S.W London (the screens were on Qatar v Switzetland). I highly recommend it for anyone in London. It is called Lusitania. Nearest Tubs station Nine Elms.

Red letter day again - had my elbow x-rayed and apparently it’s all good. Can lose the brace and phase out painkillers. Still can’t stretch or bend arm completely, but that should be ok in a month or so.
Very relieved!

Just bumped into my neighbour, nice lad from Kenya.
Chatted about the WC.
He said he’s supporting DRC as they’re the closest country to his.
Had to break it to him thats not what we do here

I just sent an email to our division’s head of Engineering. We are trying to understand how to staff a project I am starting and I told her that I am working towards a “final solution” and realized the implication the moment I clicked send

The limeiescouse declaration will be studied by future generations of hysterical far right zionists

Airports have food vendors, which is nice and needed. What is not nice is that they insult you by writing “meal deal” and “value bla blah”, when everyone knows that any “deal” you will get on food on an airport is significantly worse than the peace the USA got with Iran..

That was the super important thought of the day, and I suppose you guys can tell I am slightly bored (i forgot my book that i was supposed to bring, which I had looked forward to reading, which again means that I am posting existential thoughts here instead).
