Good job! Glad to hear you’re recovering and hopefully will be back on your bike shortly.

Thanks I’ll need a new one, but I may also be banned. I’m hoping to go and collect my broken one back end of this week.
At best I’m a few weeks away I think even they who must be obeyed allows me out again.
Fair enough. I had something similar (re bike - my injury was just a clavicle) and I waited a few months before buying again but ultimately its best to get back on the horse, so to speak, and your missus will realise it keeps you happy(ier) and healthier.
Felt off all day today. Pain still there but bearable but really struggling to find any comfortable position. Fidgety, twitchy, hungry, tired and unsettled all day.
Just dawned me it’s the withdrawal off the opioid painkillers I was taking.
I do quite like Chicken done well but I know what you mean. I think I could do a free diet of meat. I’m already on 2-3 days.
I stopped eating cow a while back. Until they develop excellent cheeses though I don’t think I could step into Vegan.
Pigs>Cows.
Can’t survive without milk and yoghurt in India(atleast for me). I won’t be vegan ever.
If you can find a good soy yogurt it’s possible.i actually make my own as I can’t get the one I like. Coconut is another.
As far as milk goes, I use rice milk mainly but sometimes oat milk too. I prefer them now.
Milk based products are used in cooking as well. So it’s not just as easy as that.
that’s probably the least of the issues though for me. I just don’t want to eat meat.

Whilst different to nicotene withdrawals, I know exactly how you feel. You got this mate.
I can’t imagine what anything like that would be and never want to be in that position. This was unsettling enough, coming off a full blown addiction to something must be horrendous. Hat off to anyone that’s done it.
Yeah I don’t mind Oat milk in a coffee but it’s never felt right in other stuff.
I’m flying from Ireland tomorrow to the greatest city in the world. I’m playing at the Irish music festival in the Liverpool Olympia on Friday if anyone is going.
My footy team started in 1978, senior lads are in their mid-60s now. I joined in 2009 when the group was in over-35s league.
One of the original members has passed of an aneurysm at 63, having survived first round of cancer treatment. We had a golf tournament in his honor last weekend, with all of the past and present members of the team we managed 44 players out. Was a great day on the course, and we raised over $1000 for the children’s hospital in his name

Would anyone suggest a FREE, and easy to learn AI program for graphic designing?
I always had an interest about learing graphic designing (natural, considering I worked in advertising), but I suck at Photoshop/Illustrator.
Affinity is free and decent alternative to some of the Adobe suite.
The stuff you have to pay for is the AI side. If it’s something you want to learn then keep away from the AI and use YouTube tutorials and maybe a few well regarded tutorials on something like Udemy.
I have tried Canva too, and I suck ![]()
That’s why I’m looking for for AI suit where the software will do the heavylifting.
What are your goals? If you want AI to do the heavy lifting then what are you actually achieving?
How are you approaching the learning process? If you want to learn then I’d recommend investing in some training courses on something like Udemy. A good course can be had for ~£15 with 24 hours of content and should help you focus on learning the tools gradually and with nice worked examples. If you are just running at it then you will get frustrated. These packages are so big and complex you need to learn gradually and in a focused way.
