What's happening?

It might be comforting to know that’s also likely according to us here too.

Was I the only one who misread this?

Let us know how it goes ROTW. The missus might need something like that

No. I had to reread it when you said that. I knew what he meant, but I was thinking, “are that really called that?”

I’ve got a day off work today, and decided to pop into town early for a hair cut before the Christmas Market opens and the place is mobbed.

Anyway, the guy who runs the barbers is Egyptian, and he knows that I am a Liverpool fan. It has to be said that he was somewhat conversational about Mo Salah. I was tempted to direct him towards TAN but I thought it could create an international incident. Fortunately, the Syrian lad who also works there was cutting my hair and also doing the whole male grooming thing with ear and nose waxing (those of a nervous disposition can look away now).

He was actually quite chatty and all was going well until his Spotify playlist switched from the usual Middle Eastern pop to some sort of Death Metal. I’m not sure what language it was in. It could have been English, it could have been Finnish, it could have been Klingon for all I know. All I can tell you is that having nose hair ripped out to blast beats is something of a unique experience.

You need the jacket and motorbike. Or preferably an F-15.

Ahh this is the key! Thanks!

Just seen a lot of union jacks suddenly put up all around lampposts in a predominantly traditionally Jewish area of London. Make of that what you will.

I mean he couldn’t get a break, could he?

Are they flags, or FLEGS!

What a nuts story. A man gets rabies via a kitten from a skunk. He dies, his kidney gets transplanted into another bloke who also dies of rabies.

I don’t even know where to begin. Just horrible.

They seem to have had time to put them with zip ties from the looks of it.

that stinks!

Night one with the CPAP machine. I had severe obstructive sleep apnea. In the sleep study I stopped breathing on average 87 times a night. Not good. Hence the CPAP machine.

The goal is to get that below 10. First night it was 6, no snoring either, just a bit of fidgeting around to adjust the mask in my sleep so it didn’t leak.

They said you will really feel the difference, and even though it was just one night so far, I actually woke up feeling more rested. It’s weird how you learn to live with things, but for a while I wasn’t really feeling very rested after a night’s sleep.

Onwards and upwards.

Went to town today and bought a new record player.
Set it up and put a record on only sound from the right speaker wtf. Checked the wires and found in my hurry I’d wired it up wrong both wires to a right channel input on the phono amp. What a gimp.
Well managed to play Led Zep IV before eating and the match. Very nice :+1:t2:.
Except when the platter was turning a sound like a little woodpecker or tiny logger chopping at wood. The power supply. I changed it for another I have and no noise. Ok so what’s up?
Changed back to the new one and low and behold no noise. So fuck knows what was going on.
Throwing Muses playing at the moment. Just so happy with my buy much less noise than my old fully automatic deck and the cartridge seems really nice and airy, very nice soundstage, clarity and sound quality.
Watched the match and feeling really happy .
