A teeny end of an era for me yesterday. Nothing on the gravity of above but I sold my 35 year old motorhome last night. She will be missed.
I don’t regret the sale but I do regret losing the opportunities to simply get out that came with it. But the sale was right. Layout wasn’t right and too big and heavy for me to give it the TLC it needed.
Good news is I can now concentrate on getting my VW T4 back on the road and make getting out there easy again.
Bad news is the Boss knows I’ve got cash.

I’ve met a few that got stuck in Switzerland, met them on their way to their tri annual migration to Spain.
1st time ever sunburnt was NE Scotland, sun shone all day but never felt warm.

It took less than 12 hrs and at least 8 of that was sleeping
Went to watch my local non-league team (step 11). They lost 3-0 so a shite day all round for football.

I have an '84 Chevrolet motorhome that I’m thinking about letting go. especially since i found a '62 Sunbeam Alpine for sale, I’ve been wanting one for a decade, albeit a Tiger not the Alpine. May grab it and stick it in the garage and someday do the V8 conversion.
