Love that. Noice.

Zubimendy isn’t eve in the squad for RSoc.

I see they are fluking their way through football. Again.

Brighton and Palace have both won at Old Trafford in 2025, while United struggled to beat both Leicester and Ipswich at home.

Sociedad have got every chance of getting a result next week.

There are plenty of teams that will wipe the floor with this bunch of overpaid hacks.

The bigger concern is The Conference League and who could stop Chelsea?

Looking at the sides remaining, nobody.

There should be no teams from Europe’s top 5 leagues in this competition, it was supposed to be for the lesser teams/leagues. I suspect this is going to be won by Premier League sides almost every year.

Couldn’t even win against a Sociedad team minus Zubimendy.

Frauds.

Clear and obvious understatement!

This was the first I read about their match last night, and I thought they somehow thrashed Real Sociedad.

Not struggled to a draw.

Chelsea being in it is a bit silly but in fairness there are plenty of teams in the top 5 leagues who will never and have never won any significant trophies. It meant the world to West Ham fans to win it a couple of seasons ago. Unfortunately the Premier League just has too many disfunctional giants who may drop into it.

But if, for example, Bournemouth end up in the conference league that’s probably going to be the most exciting season in the history of the club for the fans.

Yes, you make a good point, but I feel there should be some sort of restrictions to stop the “big” sides appearing in it.

Maybe it’s only open to sides who haven’t played in the Champions League in the past 5 seasons.

The counter is that if this is the typical stature of the clubs in this competition a tie against Chelsea is likely going be even more exciting for them. An unexpected giant being found in one of these lesser competitions is one of the one high points of it for lots of the clubs.

That could end up restricting Forest and Villa and I don’t think that’s entirely fair.

If they win it who cares.

Mainoo apparently set to leave Utd this summer to try his luck abroad. They reckon they’ll get £70m for him.

From who ?
