How could UTD sue him? Did he say anything that was factually wrong or just his opinions?
Terminate his contract? Buy him out sure, but terminate? Negotiate a buyout fee, etc. Itās not substance abuse, performance drugs, etc (ego abuse maybe). I have never heard of someoneās contract being terminated for a negative interview. Can these types of things or are they added to a contract?
Fine him more than 2 weeks wages? I donāt think they can, I think thatās a standard rule.

Depends on the terms of his contract. I have worked some places where they can sack you for bad mouthing the company on social media.

What I have assumed over the entire saga is that Ten has wanted him gone from the offset. Nobody wanted to pay a transfer fee and pay his remaining contract, and Man U wanted both, or at least the entire wages payed off. No takers except for Saudi which he wasnāt interested in due to WC. Ten then purposely made decisions to annoy him in order to get him to accept lower demands for a contract elsewhere.
I could be convinced that was any of Burt Reynolds CGI, Pedro Pascal, or one of the Thunderbirds.

Simon Jordan pretty much put Piers Morgan in his place this morning, warming to the guy by the dayā¦offers a lot of very insightful knowledge especially around the finances and power of The Glazers, Saudi Regime, Super League etc.
Heās been there, right at the epi-centre of all the club management and player shit. Always an interesting listen.

I felt the same way about the actual interview. Put it on for about five minutes before turning it off. I just couldnāt fucking bear listening to either of them.
