Your "second" or favourite non-LFC club

Tranmere Rovers and Southport.

I had you down as a Wirralian.

Bournemouth and Port Vale only because my neighbour took me to watch a few games but I do follow their up and down progress.

Northampton for me, spent a decent chunk of time growing up there.

Having a shit season atm, just sacked Nolan as manager. Hopefully a small run of form will see them staying up

I already said Dortmund a while back. And I stand by it.

Couple of other clubs I have a bit of a soft spot are Leverkusen , Werder Bremen and AC Milan

Did the curse of Ifti fall on them ?

Groningen, after a good start to the season, has faded to 10th in the table. Did have a nice 3-1 smashing of Ajax three weeks ago, but alas, not enough. Still just 4 points from 6th, but fear with their recent form (bar Ajax) it will be a tough climb to get our first taste of European footy.

Yes I used to love him and Feyenord some of my Arabic friends used to call him Al khrouf (the lamb).

To be fair I spent a fair bit of time over that side as two of my exes are from there.

For years I had a soft spot for Ipswich under Bobby Robson, having chosen a Soccer Watch featuring their club crest, as a boy, but any lingering goodwill for them was crushed into the dust when they were recent visited by Ageing Feral, the shit’s shit and the cunt’s cunt.

From memory the Blue Baggers right?

If so that was an absolute disaster yesterday. For the non AFLers they were winning by 40plus points. That’s akin to says 3-0 lead. They lost - was Spurs like in every way. Pea hearted and a very angry mob. Feel for ya dude cos I’m a North Supporter.

Sorry to digress to get the thread back on track it’s FC Union Berlin.

A lot of my family is from Chester, they were big supporters of Chester City FC back in the 80s/90s after Liverpool. Not so much after the club collapsed. I’ve checked in on the new Chester FC now and then but as I live in the States now it’s pretty hard to follow a National League club.

Tried getting into my local MLS club but hasn’t really taken with me.

Always had a soft spot for Burnley, spent some time there, friends there, and I actually like the place.some probably reckon I’m soft in the head, maybe valid!
