Nothing changed in the last 6 months. Before we talk about personnel, tactics, formation we have to talk about the head coach failing to implement the right mentality.

This is a perfect example of nothing changing over the last 5 months.
I’ve reached my I couldn’t really care less now. I’ll enjoy any win we get from now on in but they really need to boot him come the end of the season.

Arne Slot has set a new Liverpool record for victories during his first 50 matches in charge of the club.
The Dutchman brought up his half-century at the helm as the Reds beat West Ham United 2-1 at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday.
That success was the team’s 36th win under the head coach, which is the most any Liverpool boss has ever registered in their opening 50 fixtures

For me comes down to a lack of humility by the manager.
Implemented tactics and style of football that does not suit the players we have. He would rather die on that hill blaming everyone else (low blocks, long balls, set pieces) than change his philosophies.
Said it all season. Good manager makes a squad of individuals look better than the sum of its parts. We are the opposite.
I know there is lots of criticism of individual players. (Eg Salah) but I expect under a different manager he will look a totally different player (mentality, confidence, and tactics that support his skills etc)

I said last week that I fear Galatasary will knock us out. I don’t want to be right.

I said the other day i hope we don’t regret not sacking him when there was still enough of the season left to make a difference. Once again we sit through another embarrassing game season is going to fizzle out to nothing.

I fully expect us to go through but - and I say this since September - Slot doesn’t have what it takes to win another trophy with us.
He won the league with Jürgens squad. With the mentality Jürgen created. With the magic that Jürgen brought back to this club (especially at Anfield).
Slot killed all of it.
