I think we do this, beyond that perhaps a late deal maybe Mbaye but I doubt much else.
ESPN and other news outlets have confirmed PSG has officially signed 21 year old Belgium winger Mika Godts for 55m euros plus add ons.
Why this is important. PSG have now signed a direct replacement for Bradley Barcola. This might encourage them to get the deal done with Liverpool with his replacement already secured.

I don’t believe anyone has refuted the claim from that French journalist yesterday about the price which would suggest you may get a flurry soon.
I’m already in the mindset of “Barcola and who else by the end of the end of the window” because he surely can’t be the only other addition we see.
If there’s anything in the Gakpo rumours then we need someone else who can probably do a job on a wing and up top. If Jones goes we surely need something in midfield. And I have a sneaky feeling on left back if there’s an opportunity to take advantage of there.
Saying that the way our luck has been going I’m half expecting Virg to get a season ender this evening and we spend the rest of the window panicking about CB some more.
The transfer slag part of me fancies we get Barcola and Mbaye done, with Gakpo leaving, and Mac Allister and Jones out with Wharton and Nyoni replacing.

I could probably live with that but not sure who is playing up top when Isak isn’t until we get Ekitike back.
Guess if you’ve got Gakpo and Mac Allister going and only Barcola needing to be registered as non-homegrown this season then you could hold onto Chiesa for 6 more months as an emergency forward. Still, wouldn’t be hugely confident given Isak’s injury record and we’d lack a real goal threat without him on the pitch.
I think we may do a deal for Mbaye if Gakpo wants to go.
If there is any truth in Wharton it will probably be due to Macallister.
On the midfield, I think so too.
I do think there’s room for two more attackers and Gakpo if Chiesa goes, at least until Ekitike is up to speed again. But there seems to be enough smoke to think there could be something in the Gakpo rumour.
I think the young lads would probably be fine in replacing Chiesa.

Pretty much confirms that they’re both leaving but I’d not be surprised if Mbaye went somewhere other than here.
