Yes, but no, but yes, but no.
The small ones comes from (usually) Asian and Latin American tourists who just happen to have an extreme interest in drones and flying them over sensitive installations. The big ones come from ships as shown in the video I posted above.
Also, posted above are the main suspects (ships). Hybrid War isn’t supposed to leave a calling card, after all.

Would the west be willing to engage in similar hybrid stuff the other way?
For example, since Russia hasn’t left a calling card, could Denmark/NATO sink the ships that are launching drones, then whistle and say, “Wasn’t me. What a tragic accident.”
It seems as if Russia is quite prepared to use all the dirty tricks in the book, but NATO will only engage if someone slaps them across the face with a glove and challenges them to a duel.

And then there are those ships from the Russian Shadow Fleet, which I posted above. Some of whom have containers adequate for launching larger drones.
For people surprised that drones are not seen on radar, well, sorry to say, but they are generally not when flying very low. Ukraine can detect them, but they are at full war, using accoustic and specialised systems and more. NATO states in peace modus have little chance detecting these and this is why Russia is doing it too. To plant your face in the mud with a grin and making a political ruckus of humiliation as well as costing a fortune when states must close their airspace.

No sign of such thinking in Europe, because of risk aversion.
But quite naturally, this is going to continue unless we start hybrid war efforts against the Russian Federation (sabotage etc.) in respone, in which case it’s likely that all of this Maverick stuff would wind down. But I don’t see that happening.

That’s a shame as it invites Russia to carry on, and probably get a little more brazen as we go.
I have no diplomatic experience other than what I learned on the playground as a kid. If a bully is coming at you and you keep yielding, he will make your life a misery and ‘own’ you from that point on. If you muster the courage to stand up for yourself and hit him back, he will almost certainly leave you alone after that.

It’s been here for week or so. Then you do the math with the drone alerts and the dates. It could be a ruse technically, since there are several ships of the Russian Shadow fleet also loitering around Denmark for… reasons.
But no one will board Aleksandr Shabalin, without more than iron clad evidence (and even then, it would not be boarded I think).
Legalese is also difficult regarding boarding ships based on mere suspicion.

Exactly. And I’d take this further and remove some Putin supporters and their families wherever they can be located - again ‘tragic accident’ etc but very clear message that their pollution will no longer be tolerated and they can fuck off back to ‘mother russia’ if they want to feel safe; cut ties with Putin very finally and publicly; or live in constant fear for their safety.
Please make him shut up.
